MMT Care ("we", "us", "our") is a registered NDIS provider. We are committed to protecting the privacy of participants, families, support coordinators and website visitors in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information We Collect

We may collect names, contact details, referral and support-need information submitted through our referral and contact forms, and general website usage data. Website usage data is collected automatically through analytics cookies — see Cookies and Website Analytics below.

How We Use It

Cookies and Website Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use the site. It sets cookies in your browser that let us recognise a returning visit and measure how pages perform.

Google Analytics records information such as the pages you view, how long you spend on them, the site or search that referred you, your device and browser type, and an approximate location (city or region) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address.

We also record a small number of interactions so we can see which parts of the site are useful — for example, submitting a contact or referral form, selecting a phone number or email link, and opening a vacancy listing. These record only that an action took place. We do not use analytics to collect the names, contact details or support-need information you enter into our forms.

This analytics data is processed by Google on our behalf and may be stored on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. Google's handling of it is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

You can opt out at any time by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking these cookies will not affect your ability to use this website, contact us or make a referral.

We also use Microsoft Clarity, which produces heatmaps and anonymised recordings of how pages are used — where people scroll, what they click, and where they get stuck — so we can find and fix parts of the site that are hard to use. Clarity does not tell us who you are.

Our referral form and our feedback form are excluded from these recordings. Anything you type into them — including NDIS numbers, dates of birth, disability details and free-text health information — is masked before a recording is made, and is never sent to Microsoft. Your form submission itself still reaches us in the normal way.

Clarity data is processed by Microsoft on our behalf and may be stored on servers outside Australia. Its handling is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings opts you out of Clarity as well.

How We Protect It

Information submitted through this site is transmitted securely and handled only by authorised MMT Care staff involved in intake, care coordination or administration.
