The NDIS Referral Process

Our NDIS referral process is straightforward. Whether you are a support coordinator, allied health professional, family member, or the participant themselves — submitting a referral for NDIS funded disability services takes less than 10 minutes.

Our intake coordinator reviews the referral and confirms participant eligibility within 2 business hours.

Needs assessment

We schedule a call with the participant and coordinator to complete a full needs and risk assessment.

Service agreement

Once matched, we issue a service agreement and support plan. Supports commence once the agreement is signed.

Yes. We can begin an initial assessment while the NDIS planning process is completed. If the participant is in aged care or hospital awaiting a plan, contact us on 1300 066 822 to discuss options.
