Supported Independent Living in Liverpool
MMT Care provides NDIS-registered Supported Independent Living in Liverpool and south-western Sydney — with 24/7 active support, a Registered Nurse included at no extra cost, and homes that welcome participants with complex needs.
NDIS Supported Independent Living in Liverpool
Liverpool is the major service hub for south-western Sydney and one of the highest-need NDIS areas in NSW. Liverpool Hospital — one of the state's busiest — sits at the heart of the suburb, and the surrounding area has a high concentration of allied health, disability support and community services that make it an excellent base for SIL participants.
MMT Care operates SIL homes in Liverpool and the surrounding south-western corridor including Fairfield, Cabramatta and Bankstown. Our homes are staffed 24/7 with active overnight support, and a Registered Nurse is included at no additional cost to the participant's NDIS plan.
Liverpool's multicultural community — including significant Arabic, Vietnamese, Cambodian, Assyrian and African communities — means our staff reflect the diversity of the people we support. Language access and cultural safety are integral to how we operate.

We match participants to environments that can genuinely sustain their support needs — not just fill a vacancy.
Registered Nurse Included
Every MMT Care SIL home in Liverpool has an allocated RN for medication management, health monitoring and Liverpool Hospital liaison — at no additional charge to the NDIS plan.
Complex Needs Welcome
We support participants with dual diagnosis, HIDPA needs, ABI and psychosocial disability. We accept referrals that other providers in the south-western Sydney area cannot accommodate.
Multicultural Team
Liverpool's population is one of Australia's most diverse. Our support workers reflect this — many speak Arabic, Vietnamese, Khmer and other community languages relevant to participants in the area.
24/7 Active Support
Our Liverpool homes are staffed around the clock with active support — not passive overnight arrangements. Participants are supported throughout the night, not just during day hours.
South-Western Sydney Network
We maintain established relationships with Liverpool Hospital discharge teams, SWSLHD, south-western LACs and local allied health providers across the Fairfield, Bankstown and Campbelltown corridors.
Honest About Vacancy
If we don't have a suitable vacancy in Liverpool, we will say so clearly rather than placing a participant in an environment that doesn't meet their needs. We will help identify alternatives nearby.
Why Liverpool works for NDIS participants
Liverpool is the service capital of south-western Sydney — with a major hospital, strong transport links and dense allied health access that directly benefit SIL participants.
Liverpool Hospital
One of NSW's busiest hospitals is less than 1 km from Liverpool's CBD. For participants transitioning from inpatient care, this proximity enables strong discharge-to-SIL coordination and easy access to outpatient specialist services.
Rail — T3 & T7 Lines
Liverpool Station serves both the T3 Bankstown Line and the T7 Olympic Park Line, with direct connections to Bankstown, Sydenham, Central and the inner west. Participants can access the CBD, medical appointments and community activities without needing a car.
Allied Health Density
The south-western Sydney corridor has a high concentration of NDIS-registered allied health providers — occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists, speech pathologists and behaviour support practitioners are well represented around Liverpool.
Westfield Liverpool & Community Access
Westfield Liverpool, community centres, parks and a wide range of local services are easily accessible on foot or by bus. This supports participants working on community participation and daily independence goals.
Clinical support at no extra cost
A Registered Nurse is included in every MMT Care SIL home in Liverpool — this is not billed separately to your NDIS plan.
Medication & Health Monitoring
Our RN oversees medication administration and health documentation, reducing unnecessary presentations to Liverpool Hospital emergency.
Liverpool Hospital Liaison
When a participant transitions from Liverpool Hospital, our RN liaises with the inpatient discharge team to ensure continuity of clinical care and no gap in support.
Not Billed to Your Plan
There is no separate NDIS support category charge for the Registered Nurse. It is included within MMT Care's standard SIL service offering in Liverpool.
